The location of the Evergreen Den is not listed on the website because the driveway is very, very steep….ski launch steep. We care for the safety of our guests so upon registration we send a welcome email with safe, alternate, detailed driving and parking instructions and other useful information for a successful experience.

Weekly Class Cancellation Policy2022-06-16T18:24:15-07:00

Cancellations for prepaid weekly sessions or classes require 48 hours notice for a full refund. Less than 48 hours notice, we will credit your payment towards a future service of your choosing.

Venue Booking Policy2022-06-16T17:50:25-07:00

We require the full rental amount to book the Evergreen Den.

You may cancel a booking up to 30 days before the booking date and receive a full refund, except our service fee of 10% of the total booking cost plus any fees incurred by our payment processors such as Square, which remain payable to us and will be deducted from your rental deposit.

If you cancel a booking between 14 days and 30 days before the booking date, you will receive a refund of 50%, except our service fee of 10% of the total booking cost plus any fees incurred by our payment processors such as Square, which remain payable to us and will be deducted from your rental deposit.

If you cancel a booking anytime within 14 days of the booking date, there are no refunds and all fees specified for the booking, including our service fee, will remain payable.

Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our events sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your spot to others. You may transfer your spot to someone else. Please just let us know who to expect in your place and we will make sure they receive important event information and sign any necessary waivers. You may call us at 1-250-488-7324 to cancel or update us on who is coming.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 72 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward a future event.

If the minimum amount of attendees is not met, we will refund you or apply the credit towards your account to go towards any future events, classes or services we provide.

Can I Bring My Furry Friends on the Morning Yoga & Hike?2022-05-17T22:11:03-07:00

We love dogs and even live with some too, but for the consideration of all participants, please keep your furry loved ones at home. If you would like a custom yoga experience with your pet and a group of friends, please contact us and we’ll create something pawsitively amazing for you!

Can I Pay By Cash or e-Transfer?2022-05-17T22:06:14-07:00

Absolutely! We super appreciate if you pay by cash or e-transfer.  This saves us paying the middle man credit card processing fees. Please email steadyeffortyoga@gmail.com for easy, seamless no password required money transfers and we will take care of the registration process on our end.
