DESCRIPTION:Kids Yoga for Adults is a playful way to dive into the deeper essence that is you! \nWe can be so dang hard on ourselves and often we find a good bought with playfulness is just what we need to open the door to compassion\, self-love and self-care. \nKids Yoga for Adults is a complete yoga experience that uses movement\, songs\, games\, stories and laughter as ‘the best medicine’ to connect to Self and others. \nDo you have a group of ‘big kids’ that you know would love a private kids yoga for adults event? Get on the horn and let us create the most fun yoga class you’ve ever been to at your place or ours!  \nBring a friend or try Kids Yoga for Adults in Penticton on your own! \n• Space is limited to 8 people – Please contact us if you’d like to be added to the cancellation list. \n• $20 per person – Sign up and pay online OR Contact us to sign up and pay by e-transfer \n• Refreshments provided \n• Please dress in comfortable clothing with no velcro\, zippers\, sequins or embellishments \n• Not wheelchair accessible.
