- From there, settle into a guided candle rolling ritual, creating your own hand-rolled beeswax candle to take home—infused with intention, essential oils and warmth.
- You’ll then be led through a mindful self-care massage ritual using essential oils—inviting relaxation, grounding, and a sense of inner calm.
- We’ll close with a gentle heated floor practice, blending slow, yin-inspired postures with sound medicine to help your nervous system fully unwind. Expect soothing frequencies, deep stillness, and a spacious exhale.
