1 hour preregistration is required for all Infrared Yoga, Aerial Sound and Restorative Aerial Yoga classes.
This ensures we have enough time to have the infrared studio nice and toasty for you and to ensure the hammocks and studio are set up for optimal sound, coziness and comfort.

Aerial Sound requires a minimum of 2 people signed up 1 hour prior to start time.
Your account will be credited if the class auto-cancels due to low enrolment.

Please be aware that the all classes and open studio times and days may change with the seasons.
