XULPT by Renae
Tuesdays & Thursdays
5:30pm – 6:30pm
Igniting and conditioning your muscle anatomy with strength & endurance training, allowing you to improve and sustain a long-term functional body. This class will take your heart rate to a whole other level with specifically designed, dynamic, high intensity and strength movements patterns. This is the ultimate training for those who want to develop their bodies as a force to be reckoned with. *Xulpt by Renae is designed for every athletic level*
Allie’s Strength Circuit
Mondays & Wednesdays
7:00pm – 8:00pm
A full-body strength class using various forms of resistance training, bodyweight, and mobility. This class blends circuit and interval-style training with a focus on controlled movement, steady pacing, and building confidence. All levels welcome.
