Who’s Ready to Make a Difference with Push-ups?
In February, our Steady Effort Team is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge! We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups aka 2000 (or other accessible exercises) between February 5-27, 2026 to push for better mental health outcomes in Canada. Our studio is directly supporting CMHA British Columbia – South Okanagan Similkameen.
