Project Description
Get ready for a full-body workout that blends strength, cardio, balance, core, and agility training — all powered by the kettlebell. This circuit-style class is designed for all fitness levels and can be adjusted to meet your needs and experience level.
We’ll use a variety of kettlebells to challenge different movement patterns and energy systems. Currently there are 7–15 lb kettlebells and two 35 lb kettlebells available. If you have your own kettlebell and want to bring it, please do — it helps expand our options and class size!
Some sessions will focus on skill refinement, dialing in proper technique and form so you can get the most out of every swing, press, and clean.
Bring: water and a positive attitude
Difficulty: 5–10 (depends on the weight you choose — the kettlebell always keeps you honest!)
Important: Take things slow. Don’t rush your swings or push through pain. Proper technique is key to safe and effective kettlebellctraining.
