Spaces are limited to ensure small group sizes. Book early to save a hammock!
Other activities include: Colouring, beading, lego, puzzles, stuffies & reading chill areas for down time
Indoor basketball, Gibbon slackboards, reaction light training and games
Tips for a Successful Aerial Hammock Yoga Camp:
Please wear snug, comfortable clothing consisting of a t-shirt (covering armpits) and leggings (covering knees)
Armpits and knees have tender skin.
All clothing must be free of zippers, velcro, embellishments of any kind and anything that may snag or get caught in the hammock material.
Sorry no exceptions.
To avoid injury, all jewelry and watches must be removed prior to using the hammocks
Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, tinted lotions, oils and sunscreen.
Long hair needs to be tied or braided back.
Please trim/file fingernails if needed.
Arrive clean, especially your feet.
A full water bottle (refill station available).
Please send however much food/snacks/lunch your child requires for either 4 hours or 7 hours in a day.
Take aerobic physical activity into consideration.
Refrigerator, microwave and hot water available.
Please bring a book!
Arrive with energy, smiles and a wide open heart & mind!
How to Register
We use Groovio for booking all camps (1-2 days only), classes, workshops, birthday parties, private groups and to easily sign waivers for yourself and children!
You can create a regular website account, book online and connect with us here but for the best experience, please download the app (links below), create an account, search and connect to our studio! Add your child(ren) to your account in your profile under My Children.
No matter which way you create your account, you will be able to access it via a web browser or the app with the same email address.
Under, ‘Book Now’, choose the Kids Camp Category along the top, choose the month the Kids camp is happening to sign up for a half or full day session. Under ‘Booked For’, choose your child, not you.
Because we are flexible in what days your child attends our camps, meaning they are not required to sign-up for full weeks nor consecutive days, please email us or call us to book 3-5 days to receive the discount and confirm your desired dates. For 3-5 day bookings, we accept e-transfers to steadyeffortyoga@gmail.com – Please reference your child’s name and dates in the e-transfer memo box. If your child is new to our studio, please fill in the waiver found here: https://steadyeffortyoga.ca/kids-camp-waiver/
