Curious about aerial yoga but not sure where to start? This 4 week series is a gentle introduction designed to help you build confidence in the hammock while moving, stretching, and playing in a supportive environment.

Each week we’ll explore beginner-friendly aerial poses, learn safe entries and exits, build strength and mobility, and finish with relaxing floating rest. No experience is needed — just a willingness to try something new. Perfect for mature youth, teens and adults.
