This prenatal yoga class is designed to connect with mind, body, baby and community. Each 75 minute class will incorporate various pregnancy topics, breathwork practices, 55-60 minutes of yoga suitable for all trimesters and experience levels, relaxation techniques for your pregnancy journey and 15-20 minutes for tea (provided) and connection with other Momma’s-to-be.

Help alleviate common pregnancy related symptoms, reduce stress, anxiety and depression while feeling calm, grounded, stable and strong preparing yourself for birth and the motherhood adventure that awaits!

4 Week Series for $60
Drop-In for $17

This series will be taught by a yoga facilitator with her 4 month old baby present.

If you have an older child that requires care during this class, please reach out to see if we can accommodate your needs.

No prior yoga experience is required.
