Aerial Vibes: Move & Chill a Youth Series is a 4-week class where you get to hang out in aerial hammocks, try cool moves, and actually relax after. No experience needed, no pressure to be “good” at it—we’ll start super simple and build up each week.

Think: learning the basics, trying some spins or upside-down stuff (if you want), and just moving in a way that feels good.
Also… we end every class with a super chill sound bath so you can fully zone out and reset.

– Move, laugh, de-stress
– Good music + chill ending

Stronger, more confident… and way more relaxed

Come with a friend or come solo—it’s a super easy space to just show up as you are.

4 Week Progression

Week 1: Get Comfortable + Try Something New
Focus: Safety, basics, and building trust • Intro to hammock (height, grip, fabric awareness) • Foundational poses (seated, standing, leaning shapes) • Gentle sways + getting used to movement Intro to breathwork + grounding
Sound bath theme: Settling nerves, feeling safe ✨
Goal: Leave feeling comfortable and curious, not overwhelmed

Week 2: Build Strength + Confidence
Focus: Stability and body awareness • Review basics + add simple transitions • Intro to core engagement + balance in the hammock • Slightly longer holds in poses • Optional low inversions (fully supported) • Breathwork for focus + control
Sound bath theme: Confidence + inner strength ✨
Goal: Feel stronger and more confident in the hammock

Week 3: Flow + Play
Focus: Linking movement and self-expression • Connecting poses into a gentle flow • Exploring rhythm, swinging, and fluid movement • More playful options (spins, creative transitions) • Optional inversion progressions • Encouraging choice + creativity
Sound bath theme: Letting go + relaxation ✨
Goal: Move more freely and have fun with it

Week 4: Integrate + Deep Chill
Focus: Ease, confidence, and nervous system reset • Short guided flow combining learned skills • Choice-based movement • Longer holds + deeper stretches • Slower pace, more intuitive movement • Extended, extra cozy sound bath experience
Sound bath theme: Deep rest + reset ✨
Goal: Feel confident, calm, and connected
